Head shot of Zsuzsanna Dancso

A quantum topologist by training, I am interested in the intersections of knot theory, quantum algebra, diagrammatics, categorification, and combinatorics.

Recent and ongoing projects include:

  • topological approaches to the Kashiwara-Vergne conjecture

  • virtual knot invariants from graph cuts and flows

  • an operadic perspective on welded and virtual tangles

Students looking for an Honours, Master’s or PhD project: please send me an email, introduce yourself, and we’ll set up a time to talk.
